Hey podcast people! We are back after a little break, covering a very interesting paper: Cutaneous Bacteria in the Gut Microbiome as Biomarkers of Systemic Malodor and People Are Allergic to Me (PATM) Conditions: Insights From a Virtually Conducted Clinical Trial (Gabashvili 2020). Virginia found this paper and we knew we had to talk about it!

This paper is unique for a couple of reasons. 1) Examining gut microbiome as a marker for malodor conditions (rather than skin microbiome). 2) Combining microbial data with quality of life surveys. 3) Conducting a large, entirely virtual study spanning 21 countries.

We hope you enjoy!
