Hey y'all. It's the YANSS gals again, this time with some more life advice. Work-life balance is a buzzword thrown around, but maintaining work-life balance in your life is not that easy. It takes high engagement in multiple types of role, and limited conflict between them. However, in school and career, we are short on free time but high on stress/burnout.
