We are looking forward to discussing the ways we deal with criticism. Medical students, graduate students, and many others all face criticism every day. Dealing with criticism is not easy, and it is normal to take criticism personally and to experience anger, sadness, and frustration. However, criticism is often a necessary part of the process. From publishing and peer review, to learning on the job, criticism makes us better professionals.
